When our client first met us, he did sound a bit disheartened because of the challenge he had faced explaining his unique idea of fractional ownership and auction based investment to multiple web development firms.

Finoken is one of our recent favorite projects as it gave us a platform to once again prove our mettle as a Trusted Web Application Development company. We were successful in delivering a dynamic website with a clean interface that allows users to sign up both as an individual and an agency by completing the Finoken profile creation formalities. They can browse through the listed properties and can buy units to become a fractional owner of a real property by paying through their Finoken wallet.

Finoken manages all aspects of the property starting from managing tenants to maintaining the property to compliance and taxation. Users can simply relax and enjoy the rent and capital gains when the property is sold out. In addition to this, Finoken website also offers Auction based investment functionality by bidding on the desired property.
