Today, through this case study, we at Wegile, strive to extend our gratitude to our revered clients who are Doctors & Technologists by profession, and came up with the virtuous thought of creating HealtheLink App, a robust web platform that connects thousands of doctors with patients across African countries thereby aiming at high-quality medical facility for them at minimal cost.

Challenge

The challenge of finding the right technology partner has forever been the greatest challenge for pretty much every client, and so was the situation here. Though they had the lucidity about the desired functionality, they were on a lookout for a seasoned Mobile & Web App Development Firm that could handhold in terms of robust wireframe designing, precise workflows for both Doctor and Patient Apps, and clean UI/UX that would make the use of platform not just user-friendly, but also quick to maneuver.

Solution

HealtheLink allows doctors to schedule appointments with their patients, check the appointment schedules made by patients, provide online consultation through chat and live video calling, subscribe medication through the app & maintain record of every patient.

On the other hand, the patients can sign-up in the HealtheLink app either through their phone number or email id, search for best doctors, clinics & hospitals department wise in their vicinity, browse through all the doctors profile listed as per search, book appointment slot by filling out the form and making the payment online. They can even check back their scheduled appointments, read messages, check previous diagnosis reports and prescribed medications to keep a tab on their health parameters.

Result

HealtheLink Web App aspires to provide high-quality medical facility to patients at nominal cost, and that too right from the comfort of their homes, and is all set to hit the ground very soon.
