About our numbers
Every number here is one we'd defend in a client meeting.
Here's what each one means and where it comes from.
Distinct client engagements completed since 2013 — builds, rebuilds, major feature programs, and platform work. An engagement counts once, however long it ran.
Of those engagements, the distinct products that reached production: apps in the stores, platforms serving live users. Prototypes and internal demos don't count.
All full-time, all on our payroll — no contractors presented as staff. The technical team spans engineering, QA, DevOps, and product design. “Senior architect” means 12+ years in the industry and 5+ years at Wegile; 20 of our architects have been here 10–13 years.
Tenure is the average time our 50 senior architects have been at Wegile, not total career experience. Attrition is measured across the whole team, annually.
Measured across our first 9 engagements delivered on the AI-native pipeline, against comparable projects from our own traditional-model history. Speed = calendar days from approved spec to feature on staging. Quality = production defects logged in the first 30 days after release. The full methodology is a one-pager we share on any call — read how we measure it →. The sample is 9 projects and growing; we'll update these figures as it grows.
Both are third-party platforms with moderated, verified reviews. We link to them rather than quote ourselves.
Same client, same architects, still shipping. Two clients left because they were acquired; one acquirer became our client.
