Fitness platforms · for trainers with an audience
Own the app.
Keep the money.
Live in 8 weeks, on a date we sign.
Your own iOS and Android apps under your Apple and Google accounts. Your back office, your AWS, your GitHub, your Stripe. 100% of the revenue is yours. One price, $19,500, and no monthly feature fees ever.
A senior architect takes the call, not sales. Your launch date goes in the contract. Built and maintained on an AI-native engineering platform, which is why bugs are fixed in days, not quarters.

“Love the trainer, hate the app.” The one-star lands on your name.
We read the low-rated reviews of 16 fitness platforms and 19 trainer-owned apps on the App Store and Google Play. Members blame the software vendor, but the rating sits under the trainer’s brand. The same few failures come up again and again.

What your members use every day
A day with your app. Six reasons they stay.
Members who open the app every day renew every month. Here is one member’s Wednesday on the core, shown in a placeholder brand. Your logo, your colours and your videos go on top.

What you actually get
Four things no platform will ever give you.
Your name on the stores. Your code in your GitHub.
Apps under your Apple and Google accounts. Backend in your AWS. Members, data and payments in your name. Leave whenever you like; the app keeps running.
100% of your revenue. Every month. Forever.
No revenue share, no per-member fee, no cut of payments, no monthly feature subscriptions. Grow from 50 members to 5,000 and your software bill stays flat.
A launch date written into the contract.
Senior architects who have been at Wegile nine years on average. Trainer apps we built are rated 4.4 to 4.9★ in the stores today. Trainers tell us they were promised 10 weeks and waited 40; ours is 8, in writing.
About ten builds before February.
We run five at a time, with named people on each. The first five signed this month go live for New Year. Then the calendar fills.
Which one are you?
Three ways in. One platform at the end.
Built for trainers who sell programs, memberships and challenges to an audience, not for coaches managing a client list.
TRAINER · NO APP YET
I want my own app from day one.
Selling by PDF, Instagram and Stripe links, or on a marketplace taking 20–30%? Skip the white-label stage. Start with your own listing, your own members and your own payments, and never migrate later.

Bugs you can’t fix, releases you can’t ship, add-on fees, a cut of every payment. Move to a platform you own, with a switch-over plan: founding-member pricing, grandfathering and a two-week overlap. Stripe subscriptions move with you; members who paid through Apple or Google in the old app re-subscribe in yours.

Three years · 1,000 members · $15 a month
What the “free” platform really costs you.
$540,000 of membership revenue over three years. What each route keeps from it, and whether you own the app at the end. Card and store fees are left out of every row.
bars to scale against $350,000 · Wegile rows: one-time build plus 36 months of maintenance · third-party services billed to you are not included
Built into every build · never priced extra
Ten fixes for the reviews members actually write.
Each one removes a top complaint from those 15,028 low-rated reviews. They come standard, so your members never write them about you.
Ownership, in writing
Own your clients, your data and your margin.
No one can hold your platform hostage, including us. You can modify the code, or hire anyone you like to maintain it.
NOT IN THE PLATFORM, BY DECISION
- No 1:1 chat or check-in forms. This is a platform for audiences, not client rosters.
- No AI chatbot. Members get AI workout generation instead.
- No marketplace, no shared app. Your members never see another trainer.
Yours from day one: store listings, members, revenue, Stripe account, content, database and code. The backend runs in an AWS account in your name; every third-party service is on your own subscription.
A perpetual licence to the code for this app: use it, modify it, hire anyone to maintain it. Not for resale or any other app. We keep the core and reuse it, which is why you pay $19,500, not $350,000.
We operate your AWS only while you have a maintenance plan. Leaving Wegile means ending that plan. The platform keeps running.
No export needed. The database, the AWS account and the repositories are already yours.
Receipts, not promises
We’ve built trainer apps the long way. Now you don’t have to.

Questions trainers ask first
Straight answers, before the call.
Do you take a cut of my revenue?
No. Payments run through your Stripe and your Apple and Google accounts, so the money never passes through Wegile. There is no revenue share, no per-member fee and no payment cut. You pay a one-time build price and, if you want it, a flat monthly maintenance plan.
Is this a white-label?
No. A white-label is a seat on someone else’s platform, with their roadmap, their outages and their price rises. This is your own app under your own developer accounts, on your own AWS, with the code in your own GitHub. Nobody else’s members share it.
Why $19,500, when a dedicated app usually costs $150,000 and up?
Because we built the core once and keep selling it. You pay for your deployment, your brand, your store enrolment and your launch in 8 weeks, not for 18 months of discovery. The code is licensed to you perpetually for this app; Wegile keeps the core and reuses it for other trainers.
Can I pay in full up front?
Installments only: $4,999 at signing, then the balance in equal weekly or monthly installments across the build. Nothing is due after launch except the maintenance plan, if you take one.
What happens if I stop paying for maintenance?
Your platform keeps running. Maintenance is a flat plan for bug fixes, compliance releases and monitoring, with committed response times. It starts 30 days after launch and you can end it whenever you like. Our operations role in your AWS ends with it; everything else was already yours.
Can my current members move over?
Stripe subscriptions migrate. Members who paid through Apple or Google inside another company’s app cannot be transferred by anyone, because the subscription belongs to that app; they re-subscribe in yours. We plan the switch with you: founding-member pricing, grandfathering and a two-week overlap.
What if you run late?
Your launch date is written into the contract: 8 weeks for Base, 12 for Growth, 16 for Full, plus store review. Each build is run by senior architects with a nine-year average tenure at Wegile, five builds run in parallel, and you watch progress on a staging build as it ships rather than waiting for a reveal.
Can I change colours or the logo after launch?
The theme is chosen once, before launch, during the build. Later changes are a release we quote. If you want screens and flows that go beyond the core theme, that is the Custom Design package.
Do you have 1:1 messaging or check-in forms?
No, by design. The platform is built for trainers selling to an audience, not for managing a client roster. Broadcast messages to all members or a group, and the community feed, are in Base.
How does live streaming work?
Live classes and replays run through a managed streaming provider on your own account. The integration is $3,999 one-time; the provider’s subscription is billed to you.
Who pays for AWS, Apple, Google and the other services?
You do, directly, at their own prices, in your own accounts. That includes AWS, Apple and Google developer accounts, Firebase and any add-on services such as Suggestic, Nutritionix, Branch.io, Mixpanel or Klaviyo. Wegile charges for the integration only, never a markup. We give you the expected monthly figure in the proposal.
What about iPad and tablets?
Base ships phone layouts for iPhone and Android. iPads and tablets run the phone layout. Custom tablet layouts are the Tablet Version package; Chromecast and AirPlay to a TV are already in Base.
