Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of wegile.com and any content, tools or material on it (the "Site"), operated by Wegile [legal form], Mohali (HQ), India. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the Site.

2. Services are separate

The Site describes our services and publishes indicative prices. Any engagement is governed only by a written agreement signed by Wegile and the client, which prevails over anything on the Site. Prices, timelines and results on the Site are illustrative, may change without notice, and are not an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, code, images, logos, case studies and the Wegile name, belongs to Wegile or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names, logos and product images appear with permission and remain the property of their owners. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, frame or use the content for any other purpose without our written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to probe or test its vulnerabilities, to harvest data or contact details, to run automated queries or bots other than standard search engine indexing, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Case studies and results

Case studies describe past work for particular clients in particular circumstances. Figures such as ratings, user numbers and growth belong to the clients concerned and reflect the date stated. Past results do not guarantee future results, and our published measurements (for example on the How We Measure page) are explained on that page with their basis and limits.

6. Third-party sites and tools

The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including scheduling, analytics and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.

7. Enquiries and submissions

Information you send through forms, email or booking tools is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information or source code through the Site; share it only under a signed agreement. Ideas or suggestions you send about the Site or our services may be used by us without obligation.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for any purpose, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wegile and its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from use of or reliance on the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to [INR 10,000 or such amount as counsel advises]. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wegile against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Careers

Applications sent through the Site are handled under our Privacy Policy. Nothing on the careers pages is an offer of employment.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [Mohali or Chandigarh], Punjab, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed client agreement, which prevails for that engagement.
