The brief

Health eLink set out to connect thousands of doctors with patients across the African continent — a platform spanning solo clinics, multi-doctor practices, and hospitals, all in one system.

Doctors and clinics configure their back office — staff, specializations, availability, pricing. Patients search, find a doctor, book a slot, and pay online (or later, in cash). At the appointment, a dynamically generated video link connects them. Beyond consultation, we built prescriptions, diagnostic codes, pharmacy integration, and lab integration — results consolidating into a complete patient history. Fully HIPAA-compliant.

It's moved from beta toward live and is doing well; we're building several enhancements now.
