The brief
TH7 is a distinctive gym-and-spa concept that needed its operations and its member experience built from scratch — one connected system, not a patchwork of tools.
We built the complete back-office operation: products, services, pricing, inventory, bookings, and resource allocation — plus iOS and Android apps members use to book their sessions with integrated payments. From planning and design through development and release, end to end.
The result speaks for itself: a 4.9-star app across 670 ratings — the highest-rated product in our portfolio — and a partnership that's still going strong.

The product
Screens from the TH7 booking platform and iOS app — protocol booking, live clinic capacity, member credits and the daily program. Member names, balances and slot data are illustrative; the protocols, durations and clinics are the live product.
Seven proprietary protocols, each with its own equipment sequence and credit cost, filtered by clinic and goal. Live capacity drives every slot — sold-out times stay visible and struck through, so members read availability instead of an empty list.
Memberships, session packs and gift cards all resolve to a single credit number shared with iOS, next to the numbers that actually keep people coming back — recovery streak, time in cold, and the session that starts in two hours.
First-time visitors don't know what a Nordic cycle is. Goal plus self-description narrows seven protocols to a ranked best match, re-ordering live as either answer changes — the front door to the booking flow.
Essentials, Unlimited Recovery and Performance map to the same credit ledger the booking engine reads, so an upgrade takes effect on the very next booking — no support ticket, no reconciliation.
