Hungry LastMile needed to turn a flood of e-commerce orders into coordinated, trackable deliveries. We built the platform: multi-client order ingestion, route orchestration through Workwave, and connected mobile apps tracking every delivery in real time.

The brief
Hungry started with a pilot and grew into something bigger: many e-commerce clients, each sending orders that all needed to land in one system, get routed, and be tracked to the doorstep.
We built an end-to-end last-mile platform: orders from many clients pull into one common application, get processed and coordinated, then flow into Workwave for route planning and orchestration. Connected mobile apps handle real-time tracking — location, status, and updates — all the way to delivery.
It started as one small pilot app and became a full web-plus-mobile platform with complete routing and real-time tracking. The relationship has run since 2019.
