Kenlo is one of Brazil's biggest real-estate platforms, serving thousands of agencies. They asked us to build — from scratch — a brand-new enterprise ERP, lease-contract and property-management system. Two years of build; in production since 2025.
The scale

The brief
Kenlo had the market and the in-house product vision. What they needed was a partner who could build enterprise software at genuine scale — and own the engineering end to end.
We built a massive ERP: lease-contract management, property management, and the operational backbone for thousands of real-estate agencies — including mobile apps. Kenlo designed the product and workflows in-house; Wegile owned enterprise-grade development from architecture to production.
It's a two-year build that went live in 2025 and keeps evolving. The trust we earned here is exactly what led to LYA, the AI SDR we later built for them.

The product
Screens from Kenlo Locação in production — rent, arrears, contracts and bank reconciliation for a national portfolio. Names, monetary values and the agency identity are softened; everything else is the live product, untouched.
Net revenue, default rate, active and terminated contracts, critical deadlines, transfers and expenses — with Agente Lya sitting inside the dashboard to answer and act on any of it.
Every movement — boleto, Pix, transfer, owner payout — tied to its contract, account and settlement status, with the running balance recalculated day by day.
Owner, tenant, guarantor, property, rent and admin fee on a single line — filtered by financial status, bank account, tags and renewal window.
Total overdue across the portfolio, split into aging bands, then row by row: accumulated value, days late, the responsible party and the collection actions already taken.
